Restoration of Parish Church including removal of existing slates and re-slating with Natural Blue Bangor Welsh Slate; application of internal and external lime render; reduction and reconfiguration of existing gallery; extensive restoration of existing staircases and stained glass windows; restructuring altar and sanctuary; removal of mortuary chapel and construction of new extension to rear. Entire fit-out of pews, altars and church structures.

Audi Athlone
Construction of 1,696 sq. m purpose-built showrooms to show-case Audi cars and a 305 sq. m. wash, valeting and ESB transformer room; built on green field site and including the provision of a fully fitted servicing facility and car parking area. The works included civils, structural build, fit-out and M&E works.
The construction included the use of Kingspan Architectural panelling with Audi’s bespoke honeycomb system to the exterior façade interlocking with a stainless steel Aco drainage system to the showroom area. The office fit-out included frameless glazed office partitions; Stone Carpet on showroom floors and Schuco curtain walling, windows and doors systems.
DBS provided the turnkey project in an eight month timeframe, four months ahead of schedule, in order to enable the client to commence trading before the next New Year.
Audi Germany assessed the project and it was awarded the highest mark in Europe out of 400 show rooms under the criteria of attention to detail and finishes. The Audi inspectors described the standard of workmanship and finished product as ‘close to perfection’.
